Made to Order Items/ Services
Due upon receipt of invoice and Delivered upon clearing of final payment. Return payments subject to additional fees. Autonomous Inc agrees to produce product/ materials (the “Work”/ “Order”) at the request of the Client/Customer for fees agreed upon in advance. Autonomous Inc will make every effort to complete orders in a timely manner where the delivery of the Work will be determined by Autonomous Inc and no such deadline exists. Autonomous Inc will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, related to acts of nature, disaster, conflicting arrangements, awaiting communication or feedback from vendors, client and or their associates, unavailability, back order or subsitution of materials required to produce product/materials and or any other circumstance beyond client or agent’s control that would otherwise affect product/project timeline.
Autonomous Inc may terminate the production/service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client/Customer is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any production done towards the completion of the Work based on the percentage of the Work completed that is determined by Autonomous Inc. Should Client/Customer cancel the Work following its completion, Client/Customer is responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon invoice plus all expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation, Autonomous Inc retains ownership of all copyrights and original work/product created.
Client/Customer promises to pay for the services rendered for the Work as agreed upon. By making a purchase, subscribing, contacting, and or using this website, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to the terms, conditions, and are considered legally bonded to these terms and you agree to pay any fees or costs and or reasonable attorney’s fees if your account should need to go into collection.
Returns & Exchanges
I do accept returns, though…
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Exchanges or cancellations are not accepted, although please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will do what I can to make your transaction a favorable one, within reason.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged…
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Any custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Personal items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions for returning items.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on digital items. Once you purchase the file, the sale is final. Though, your enjoyment of my digital product is important to me, so please contact me If you have any problems. I will work with you to come to a happy resolve.
